CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are FINAL SALE. Once a custom order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing, correct errors, or cancel orders due to inaccuracies or availability issues.

By completing a purchase, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

  • All billing and shipping information is accurate

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Lauren Ashley Studio is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Orders containing temperature-sensitive items (including chocolate or perishables) are shipped at the customer’s risk.

We recommend expedited shipping and immediate retrieval upon delivery. Product condition upon delivery cannot be guaranteed.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Due to seasonal availability or supply constraints, we reserve the right to substitute items with products of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic and quality.

FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

Lauren Ashley Studio does not manufacture food products. All food items are produced and packaged by third-party vendors. Despite labeling, cross-contamination may occur. We assume no liability for allergic reactions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient labels prior to consumption.

SKIN, BATH & BEAUTY PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Lauren Ashley Studio does not manufacture skin, bath, or beauty products. These products are supplied by third-party vendors and may contain allergens. We are not responsible for reactions or sensitivities.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion only if:

  • An item arrives damaged or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence

Approved refunds or replacements are determined on a case-by-case basis.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and suspend future purchases associated with fraudulent or abusive activity.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Site content, including text, images, logos, designs, and branding, is the exclusive property of Lauren Ashley Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.

TERMINATION
